Carrie Chapin

Carrie started with LSS Financial Counseling on our Scheduling Team five years ago, where she set up appointments and provided customer service over the phone. For the past 3 years, as part of the DMP Support Team, she works daily assisting people with DMPs. She continues to provide excellent customer service skills – while performing a variety of tasks to ensure the people we serve are successful in paying off their debts, including scanning of payments, programming funds, and DMP contract revisions.
