Eldercare Consultation
Caring for an older adult family member who is aging or who has a disability can be challenging. This can also be true of caring for a loved one of any age with a disability.
Most families manage these challenges on their own, unaware there are resources available to help them. As your Employee Assistance Program (EAP), NuVantage is here to support you, through eldercare consultation. Whether you are caring for a loved one or just have questions, we can provide resources in your community to help.
How We Help
When you contact NuVantage, a benefits specialist will ask you a few questions to learn about your needs. They will then connect you with a service provider in your community or a caregiver consultant who will evaluate your situation and make recommendations specific to your concerns.
Caregiver consultants are available during regular business hours (Monday – Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.). Services are available in person, by phone, or online.
