New terms of agreement between SEIU Healthcare Minnesota and the State of Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) changes will go into effect July 1, 2022. The changes can be found by visiting the DHS website.

Gov. Tim Walz recently signed a bill passed by the Minnesota Legislature providing bonus pay to eligible COVID-19 frontline workers (MN Frontline Worker Pay). MN Frontline Worker Pay is given to thank Minnesotans who worked on the frontlines during the COVID-19 pandemic peacetime emergency.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) is currently experiencing significant delays in mail processing and delivery. We want to make sure you are aware of these delays and the impact they may have on you. For example, if you mail your timecard to PICS, this could result in you or your Workers getting paid late.

PICS would like to minimize the impact felt by our customers as much as possible, and, with these delays in mind, we wanted to share alternate ways to get your important documents to PICS:
