Stay Connected & Make a Difference Virtually
Being well at home has taken on new meaning with social distancing. Our virtual services mean you can stay connected, give back to your community and support one another even while social distancing. We all look forward to the warmth of in-person visits when we can safely transition back to visiting in person.
Virtual Services Available
Trained volunteers currently offer visits via phone or video chat. Connect with your phone, tablet or computer to get started. If you do not have access to a phone, tablet or computer, we have a limited number of tablets available to loan.
Virtual support can include:
- Telephone or video chat conversations
- Mutually planned activities
- Help connecting to resources
- No-contact grocery and medication delivery
Senior Companions
Trained volunteers offer support and friendship to qualifying older adults to promote wellbeing and help them remain connected and in their own homes.
Neighbor to Neighbor
Neighbor to Neighbor is an affordable, private pay service available to anyone. Volunteers connect with older adults via virtual visits and offer support with no-contact delivery based on their needs.
Foster Grandparents
Help kids who may have fallen behind during distance learning get back through one-on-one virtual support. Connect with us if you are interested in providing in-school support next academic year.
