Sarah provides a person-centered, strengths-based approach toward counseling. This approach allows individuals to visualize their goals and build on their own strengths to achieve those goals. Each person she serves receives a unique counseling experience, as all people have different needs. Evidence-based practices are utilized to support positive, lasting changes.

Sarah is an experienced mental health professional. She received her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Sarah has extensive experience working with individuals, children and families in a variety of settings, including child care, early childhood intervention, school social work, intensive in-home treatment and outpatient mental health services.
